GENUINE UMF MANUKA MONOFLORAL HONEY

Mānuka honey is known to have significant antibacterial properties. In order to express the total antibacterial properties of Mānuka honey, all genuine Mānuka honey is given a score called a Unique Mānuka Factor (UMF) score to indicate its antibacterial potency. This score is trademarked and considered to be a reliable measure of the antibacterial properties of Mānuka honey.
BEECH TREE HONEY DEW
Collected from the bark of the Native Black Beech tree. Large stands of beech trees are found in remote areas of native forest in the South Island of New Zealand. This honey, though deliciously sweet also offers an almost savoury, meaty tang. Complex aromas and flavours give it a toasty character and an intensity that lingers. Pairs beautifully with cheese.

MĀNUKA BLEND
Our beekeepers position their hives deep in dense New Zealand bush so that the bees can thrive in the home of wild mānuka, kanuka and kamahi.
This dark amber honey, naturally blended by our bees, has an intense, bold and complex flavour and aroma – sweet, woody and spicy with fresh fruit and citrus notes.
Perfect as a dressing or marinade with chicken or salad, slow roasted with nuts, or
served in a whiskey cocktail.
CREAMED CLOVER
White clover flowers carpet the pastures of New Zealand from late spring to mid-summer providing a feast for our bees, and long tireless days for our beekeepers.
This crowd pleaser honey is deliciously creamy with a warm caramelized toffee sweetness, grassy notes and a lemony ripe fruit flavor.
Creamed Clover honey adds delicate sweetness to apple pie, granola, breads and smoothies and is a great match for nutty cheeses like Emmental or Gruyere.
